Well done to Ciaran Beard jones, who at the recently held A.S.A  Northwest Regional Championships at Manchester Aqutics, won a silver medal in the 100m backstroke with a time of 1.11.29 plus a bronze medal in the 200m backstroke (2.31.33).

Also congratulations to Francessca Cross who has been selected to swim for Stockport Metro competing in the Junior League

Central Lancs Junior Jubilee

The Droylsden squad had a tough nights racing at the Selwyn Jones pool.We finshed
In a respectable 3rd place after some good individual racing and solid relay swims.Well done and good effort by all swimmers and a big thank you to all who came and supported the squad.

We are looking forward to our next Jubilee Gala which is to be held at our pool on 11th July 2008.  Please come and support the Squad family and friends are welcome.         

Mini Meet Long Course

Congratulations to everyone who competed at this first Long Course Event. All Droylsden Squad members swam really well and finished high up in the final position tables a massive well done to them all and keep giving 100% in training.
